HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE WHEN YOU BUY A PRODUCT FROM KNUT & CO?
The answer to this depends on your location. You will get an estimated delivery date when you order. We generally estimate that UK shipping takes 5-10 working days. However, this may be longer for new products or international shipping. We always endeavour to do our best to send your order as quick as possible.
WHERE IS KNUT & CO BASED?
We are currently based in the United Kingdom, but we ship our products worldwide! If you are from outside the United Kingdom you have the same privileges that every single one of our customers have!
WHERE CAN I FIND PRODUCT SIZING INFORMATION?
You can find product sizing information for all our products on the individual product page underneath the description of that product!

RETURNING DEFECTIVE ITEMS
We are really sorry to hear that there are issues with your products. Contact us at founders@knutandco.com as quickly as you can. Any claims for misprinted/damaged items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date.
